Although it can be made whatever you like and its free, but keep in mind that its not very easy to install and configure. All of us know stack overflow , A question answer based website for coders where questions can be tagged and based on that tag question based on a certain tags can be easily searched. The look and feel of the layout resemble itself to stack overflow. A great script if you can utilize it.
