1. WinRAR “Rename” command allows to modify the name case without
changing the name. Previous versions reported “File already exist”
error when entering the same name with only the case changed.
2. Bugs fixed:
a) WinRAR displayed incorrect file sizes when browsing contents
of UUE files combined from several parts;
b) WinRAR did not restore file modification time when extracting
files in the command line mode if “High precision modification
time” option was disabled in the default compression profile.
