VirtualDub 1.4.13 (MPEG2&AC3)
This is a wonderful VirtualDub Mod made by fccHandler which adds MPEG-2 support for VirtualDub, as well as direct AC3 support (through the use of ac3dec) which lets you directly open VOB files in VirtualDub, and convert or serve them to anywhere, without the need to use AviSynth/DVD2AVI/VFAPI etc. Note that this does not support concatenated VOBs. Of course you can use it to open SVCD video files with MPEG audio, too.Source : DeXT
