EStarter Theme For Dle 9.5 - English

EStarter Theme is one of the theme design that I have no idea where to start because I personally have no clue about musics, but with helps by our respectful members to give the idea and what I need to get this theme up and finish at the end. EStarter is named for "Entertainment" template for DLE websites, the originally idea of this theme is for "Musics and Music Video" theme.
