Internet Explorer Beta 2 Released to public

The final version of Microsoft Internet Explorer Beta 2 has been released and provides a more stable experience and tweaked performance compared to the Beta 2 Preview many people have been running.  Microsoft are so confident that Beta 2 is end-user complete from a feature point of view that they have launched free telephone support and there will now be an ugrade path meaning that any future versions will simply upgrade the existing version on your computer instead of having to uninstall previous versions as has been the case up to this point.
