ATI Catalyst 5.13 Beta

This is the latest beta of ATI’s Catalyst Drivers which supports the new AVIVO functionality of the Radeon X1000 Series. The German site chip.de apparently got permission to redistribute a beta of the upcoming ATI Catalyst 5.13. We therefore mirrored it onto our file-servers.
