Windows Security Update CD – Winter 2004 Beta Gets Updated

Testers of Windows Update 4 have been notified this evening that a new ISO image of the Windows Security Update CD has been posted to Betaplace.com

In an email to current testers, the Windows Update Beta team thanked all its current testers and issued this new ISO version to them. The new version includes minor fixes from relevant bugs that testers have filed. The email ended with a simple “We’re almost there…”.

Windows Security Update CD is expected to ship at the beginning of December 2003.

About This CD

This CD contains a collection of updates for Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. It is recommended that you install the service packs and updates offered for your operating system.
