This is a collection of all the voices and related software that i have put together. (OVER 90 voices!) I am fairly certain that getting this package will solve most if not all of your text to speech needs. it has SEVERAL packages in various languages (see list below). There are readme files in each directory so you know how to install what you need. After installing, all voices should work in any TTS program you chose. I include TextAloud 2.303 and NaturalReader 9.5 so you can use all the installed voices.
