Decorator has been given additional functionality and is now also available as a standalone application.Decorator's function is to make it easy to apply a new color or texture to a selected area on an image that follows the underlying features of the object, such as its folds, creases and lighting. The software is typically used by designers to provide clients with a range of product variations but is also useful for those who simply want to quickly apply colors and textures to a selected area.

The plugin comes with a built-in texture collection, ranging from fabric to stones, metal, food, animal fur and flowers, and it's also possible to apply an image file as a texture. New in version 3 is the ability to create and edit selections directly in Decorator using the new selection tools. The Texture Library has been expanded to provide 1,824 textures, with the ability to load user images expanded to include PNG, JPEG, BMP and TIFF files up to 100x100px. The user interface has also been redesigned and compatibility with Mac OS X 10.7.3. has been improved, with support for Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Elements 11 added to the plugin version.
