GIMP - a powerful freeware, freeware program for creating, assembling and editing images (drawings and photographs). It supports raster graphics and partly vector.

GIMP image editor can be used to create and manipulate digital graphics and photographs, for example, to create images and logos, resizing photos, image manipulation with the colors, combining images with layers, removal of image elements, conversion between different types of graphic files.
