我没有安装测试 具体有哪些功能我没有看
我看了说明

安装步骤
- php 5 with extensions or compiled-in mysql,expat,mb_string  【PHP5】
- enabled sockets in php 【PHP sockets enabled】
- mysql (tested 5th version and lasts of 4) 【mysql4-5】

INSTALLATION:
- upload spidertalks to your hosting 【全部上传到你的主机上】
- rename config/config.new.php to config/config.php  【更改文件名 把config文件夹的config.new.php文件改为config.php】
- set admin login/password in it  【设置管理用户名和密码】
- set other setting or login as admin for configure 【登录进行其它设置】
- if you install manually, don't forget execute sql script db.sql   

在PcFile.Cn下载此文件
