Will host well developed sites for free

I am currently interested in hosting well developed sites with many visitors coming each day. We will provide you with all you need (possibly depending on requirements) to run your site. Our hosting is top of the line and is very well known for quality support,  uptime, and speed. We ask for in return a 468x60 banner spot on the top of your site (not rotating).
