Iconrate.net Free Hosting Back and Better Than Ever

Hello there,<br /><br />This is just a quick message to say that iconrate.net is back and accepting hosting applications again.<br /><br />We've had a tough few weeks getting the servers moved and all the services back and running again but we've run through our final test and are able to offer hosting to new members.<br /><br />How do i get free hosting?<br /><br />Simple. Goto www.iconrate.net/community and register for the forums. Once you've posted 50 times (which isnt alot now because you can post in any forum you like to gain posts.).
