Koepi’s Xvid v1.1.0 Beta2

Xvid, the great OpenSource MPEG-4 compliant video-codec, is out in beta 2. Sadly this is the last version being made by the original deveolpers.  GomGom (Edouard Gomez) has left the project so the future of Xvid is uncertain at this point.Last Changes:

* xvidcore

- Fixed bug in GMC, and Cartoon modes.

- Improved VBV support

- Improved compliancy with DivX profiles.

- Added MPEG de/quantizer PPC support.

- Minor fixes for PPC colorspace functions.

- Improved Low bitrate quality.

- Fixed x86_64 interlaced support.

- Minor Motion Estimation adjustments.

* VFW frontend

- Improved compliancy with DivX profiles.

* DShow frontend

- Fixed resource leaking
