It was the first utility that combines memory / cache and internet speed optimization and tweaking features for Windows Me and 9x. An attractive and easily mastered interface grants access to a host of settings to maximize your PC’s performance. You can free up real memory, eliminate unneeded files, optimize your CD-ROM, and optimize your file and disk cache settings to reflect the way you put your computer to use. You can also access some hidden Registry settings to optimize the efficiency of online connections.

You can eliminate cookies and Internet History information, hide selected drives, and enable Windows crash protection to reduce blue-screen errors. Some of the best settings are simply cosmetic: Eliminate shortcut arrows, show bitmaps as icons, and make desktop icon text transparent.
