Trillian 3 Alpha Build 955

Trillian is a multi-network chat client that currently supports IRC, AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo! Messenger. It supports all of the features you’ve come to expect from a good IM client, including but not limited to docking, multi-line edit boxes, buddy alerts, multiple connections to the same medium, a powerful skinning language, easy importing of your existing contacts, skinnable emoticons, logging, “global” away/invisible features, and a unified contact list. It is completely free with no nag screens or built-in ads.

- Tabbed Skin Not Loading

- Severe CPU utilization when My Icon window contains many icons

- Aim away mode to “set all invisble” crash (new)

- Install/startup prefs (clicking installation and starup in prefs the rectangle around it is a few pixels too low.)

- Minimal interface: container shrinks smaller than normal window size

Build 955 Changes

- Some minor bugs fixed and we’ve sped up window closing a bit.

Only the first beta is available for download and then you must use the built-in update feature to grab the newer build. The file, while actually still in private beta testing is available to the public. The link to the first alpha download can also be found below and then you will need to use the built-in updater to snag the newer release.
